VirtoCommerce is looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape a large-scale US enterprise marketplace with over 10 million SKUs.
We're looking for someone who can turn complex B2B workflows into intuitive, scalable user experiences, take ownership of design initiatives, and collaborate confidently with customers and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end product design, from discovery and research to implementation.
- Design complex enterprise marketplace experiences across web and mobile.
- Use customer insights, research, and analytics to drive design decisions.
- Collaborate directly with customers, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Develop and evolve Design Systems and reusable components.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, prototyping, and workflows.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience.
- Proven experience with complex B2B or enterprise products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products and measurable impact.
- Advanced Figma skills and experience with Design Systems.
- Practical experience using AI in design workflows.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
A strong plus: eCommerce, marketplace, procurement, or large-scale platform experience.
