We create journeys through Argentina for travel agents and tour operators worldwide, working closely with local people and places so that travellers experience the country as it really is. We believe tourism should help keep local traditions alive and share its benefits with the communities that make each trip special.
We're a small, close-knit team, and we're looking for a Sales Team Leader to help us grow, without losing what makes us different.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Our sales team is where purpose meets business. Each quote that turns into a booking means work for a local guide, a night in a family-owned estancia, a table at a neighbourhood restaurant. You'll lead a team of passionate travel designers,
helping them keep delivering highly tailored trips for some of the most demanding travel companies around the world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead, coach and grow a team of travel designers: one-to-ones, targets, training and destination knowledge.
• Own the pipeline: make sure every enquiry gets a fast, thoughtful reply and that no deal is forgotten.
• Review proposals and quotes for quality, pricing and margin before they reach our partners.
• Manage and grow key accounts with agents and tour operators in the UK, Europe, North America and beyond.
• Work closely with our market representatives and marketing team on campaigns and partner communications.
• Forecast and report on sales, conversion and margin, and turn the numbers into decisions.
• Make sure confirmed bookings hand over smoothly to operations, and use client and sales data to drive continuous improvement.
