KittySpout / DoggySpout is looking for a hands-on CRO Lead to join our team You will own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. This is an all-in-one role: you set the strategy and you do the work – building the backlog, briefing and QA-ing tests, launching them and shipping the winners.
We spend $2,000,000+ per month on Meta, so your tests reach significance fast. We are looking to hire someone with 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands. The idóneo candidate has deep hands-on Intelligems experience, has built and tested paid-acquisition funnels, and can show the data behind tests that lifted conversion rate, AOV or revenue per visitor.
