? Hiring: Part-Time Performance Creative Strategist
U6 Media is a digital marketing agency specializing in Google Ads and SEO for local service businesses, primarily in the dumpster rental industry. We work with 35+ clients across North America.
I'm looking for a creative strategist with a performance marketing background to help us develop and test Meta ad creative that generates qualified leads.

I handle campaign management and recording. Your job is to research, develop the angles, write the copy, and turn ideas into ads we can test. You'll work with me, our PPC specialist, designer, and freelance video editor.

⏰ 10–15 hours/week

What you'll do• Research competitor ads, customer pain points, market trends, and winning creative approaches.
• Develop new ad angles, hooks, headlines, offers, and messaging to test.
• Write video ad scripts for me to record.
• Develop static ad concepts and briefs for our designer.
• Review campaign performance and use the results to inform new creative tests.
• Turn client results, testimonials,



and case studies into compelling marketing angles.
• Coordinate with our designer and video editor to get creative produced.

Weekly deliverables• 1 video ad concept, including hooks, script, and creative direction.
• 1-2 static ad concepts, including copy and design briefs.
• New angles and hooks to test, informed by research and performance data.
• Recommendations for what to test next.

The focus is on creative strategy and copywriting, not managing campaigns in Ads Manager or editing videos yourself.

Who I'm looking forMust-haves
• Experience in performance marketing, direct-response advertising, or creative strategy.
• Excellent copywriting skills, especially hooks, headlines, ad copy, and video scripts.
• Strong research skills and the ability to turn customer insights and data into compelling creative.
• An understanding of what drives leads and conversions, not just engagement.
