About the role:
We are seeking a business-minded Executive Assistant to support one of our Group CEO, you will serve as a critical extension, ensuring seamless daily operations, driving executive accountability, and managing complex global logistics. The idóneo candidate is proactive, unflappable, and able to handle high-stakes environments with absolute discretion.

Key Responsibilities:





• Proactively manage executive priorities across multiple calendars and inboxes, optimizing calendar flow, protecting focus time, and minimizing context switching.
• Coordinate meetings and schedules across multiple time zones.
• Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel, including itineraries, flights, hotels, and ground transport.
• Attend leadership meetings to track follow-ups and commitments,documenting decisions and turning them into action items.
• Represent leadership in written communication across Slack, email, and internal channels.
• Handle sensitive information with absolute integrity.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a high-level Executive Assistant role, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
