Algofy is a performance-based paid media agency managing a large portfolio of e-commerce and lead gen clients. Tracking is the foundation of every optimization decision we make. We're hiring a Tracking Specialist to own tag and event implementation across multiple client accounts, keep data accurate, and work side by side with the paid media team so campaigns are always optimizing on reliable signals.

What you'll do
• Implement, adjust, and maintain tags and events (GTM, GA4, platform pixels and APIs) across multiple clients at the same time
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking for e-commerce (purchase, add to cart, checkout funnel, revenue/value) and lead gen (form fills, calls, CRM-qualified leads)
• Audit existing setups, identify discrepancies between platforms (Google Ads, GA4, Meta, Shopify, CRM) and fix the root cause
• Manage integrations and offline/CRM conversion flows (e.g., HubSpot, CallRail)
• Support product feed and Merchant Center tracking issues where relevant (e.g., Simprosys feed setups)
• Document every setup (tracking plans, event naming, change logs)

• Partner with paid media managers and the reporting team: translate tracking findings into clear actions, flag risks early, and prioritize fixes by performance impact
• Explain complex tracking topics to non-technical teammates and clients in plain language, including options and trade-offs tied to client goals

What we're looking for
Must have
• Proven hands-on experience with GTM and GA4 (including server-side concepts and consent/privacy basics)
• Experience tracking both e-commerce and lead gen accounts
• Working knowledge of tracking for: Google Ads, Meta (Pixel + CAPI), TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn
• Experience with Shopify and HubSpot integrations, and call tracking (CallRail)
• Strong troubleshooting skills: you can diagnose why numbers don't match and prove it
• Ability to manage many clients at once without losing quality or documentation
