This remote role operates during 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST and offers a learning-focused, ticket-driven setting where you will work with experienced engineers to deliver timely resolutions. You will triage tickets via phone, email or a ticketing platform, diagnose basic hardware, software and networking issues, support Active Directory/Azure AD
