Responsibilities

- Build and design robust, scalable software systems that satisfy both business needs and technical standards
- Participate in conversations around architectural design, offering insights that help guide how projects evolve
- Coordinate closely with multiple teams to guarantee that deliverables meet deadlines and maintain quality
- Assess code written by teammates and provide constructive input that helps preserve consistent quality standards
- Identify and resolve complicated technical obstacles that emerge across different phases of the development process
- Support newer team members by sharing knowledge and helping build their technical confidence and capability
- Engage actively during project planning, contributing to scope definitions and time estimates
- Track emerging developments within the technology space and bring valuable new techniques into daily practice
- Record important technical decisions and procedures to help keep the codebase manageable long-term
- Partner with business-side stakeholders to clarify needs and ensure final outputs match what was expected





Requirements

- A minimum of three years of applied experience in a comparable technical role
- Practical understanding of AI fundamentals and related tools, used to improve solution development approaches
- Thorough knowledge of Java Core concepts combined with object-oriented programming methodology
- Proven experience applying Java 8 features within real-world development work
- Ability to leverage Spring Boot when creating and supporting backend infrastructure
- Experience functioning within a Microsoft Azure cloud setting
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services for managing and rolling out cloud-hosted solutions
- Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies that support smooth, automated deployment pipelines
- Capability using SQL to manage and retrieve data from relational databases
- Demonstrated experience constructing systems according to Microservice Architecture approaches
- Hands-on background creating and connecting to REST-based APIs
- Expertise applying Unit Testing methods to maintain dependable, high-quality code
- Exposure to NoSQL database technologies compatible with Java
- Strong English communication ability at a B2 level or higher
