Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy CAD Drafter / Engineer with construction knowledge to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work remotely in close partnership with our engineering team based in Argentina to prepare precise design layouts for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Review: Carefully review design plans submitted by sales designers and make necessary adjustments.
- CNC Production Preparation: Utilize KCD software to engineer custom storage layouts for seamless CNC machine production.
- Layout Re-Engineering:



Adjust and redesign closets or storage systems when final site measurements differ from initial plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with remote engineering teammates to maintain quality control and workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- CAD Expertise: Extensive experience working with CAD software.
- Educational Background: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
- Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with a strong ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Personal Attributes: Meticulous, highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with KCD Software
- Experience with B Suite (AutoCAD)
- Practical knowledge of cabinet construction and woodworking joinery
