As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers identify, evaluate, and implement the right water treatment solutions to achieve their goals.

The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, expanding market presence, and leading commercial activities across assigned territories and market segments. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen,



and relationship-building skills to successfully position Chart Water as the preferred provider of water treatment solutions.

What Will You Do?

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual revenue and growth objectives.

• Drive new business development activities in municipal, industrial, commercial, and private utility water markets.

• Own territory sales goals, bookings targets, and pipeline development objectives.

• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with consulting engineers, municipalities, industrial end users, EPC firms, utilities, contractors, regulators, and key industry stakeholders.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM and provide acc
