You will translate onboarding requirements into clear execution plans, drive cross-functional dependencies, monitor risks and delays, and maintain audit-ready documentation while ensuring required controls, regulatory coverage, and legal documentation workflows are completed on time.

Job Responsibilities




- You will manage a pipeline of onboarding requests from intake through trading readiness, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- You will partner with client-facing teams and clients to confirm onboarding requirements, milestones, and dependencies.
- You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., due diligence, credit, legal, operations, regulatory coverage) to drive end-to-end progress.
- You will translate onboarding requirements into clear action plans with owners and target timelines, escalating risks and delays as needed.
- You will drive operational readiness activities, including account and connectivity setup, static/reference data alignment, and workflow handoffs.
- You will validate that required regulatory coverage and applicable classifications are in place, coordinating remediation where gaps are identified.
- You will track legal documentation execution status and ensure documents are appropriately
