We are looking for an Appointment Setter for a construction and architecture firm from USA that delivers end-to-end design-build services.
Core responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads (IG, website, referrals)
- Qualify them based on budget, seriousness, and fit.
- Position the company as premium and in demand
- Book high-quality appointments for the sales team.
- Every call should feel: Premium Organized In-demand Professional but not robotic
Idóneo Candidate Profile
- Confident communicator (not needy)
- Good listener (can read people fast)
- Organized and consistent
- Understands high-end clients
- Speaks clearly and professionally
- Slight "closer mentality" but controlled
Bonus: Experience in construction, sales, real estate, or luxury services
- Advance / Native English Speaker
- Results-Oriented
Part time: 2 hrs per day, 5 days a week. 8:30 - 10:30 am LA time
