Role Description

The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Buenos Aires, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. This includes developing and executing the company’s strategy, managing budgets and financial performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The Owner will lead and support staff, set clear goals, and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring sales and customer satisfaction, making key decisions on investments and partnerships, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The role also requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, while identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior management roles.
- Strong skills in strategic planning,



financial management, and operational oversight.
- Ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and build an inclusive, respectful work environment.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and stakeholder communication.
- Solid understanding of local market dynamics in Buenos Aires and relevant industry practices.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Comfort with on-site work and direct, hands-on involvement in day-to-day activities.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is beneficial.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance requirements in the local context is an advantage.
