About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial construction projects from a fully remote base, with project sites located in and around Sandton . This executive-level role demands exceptional leadership, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of all phases of commercial construction. You will be responsible for overseeing project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring profitability and timely completion.
- Oversee contract administration, negotiation,



and subcontractor management.
- Implement and enforce robust health, safety, and quality control programs across all project sites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Expertise in project management software , financial control, risk management, and contract negotiation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate remote team
