About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a focus on Finance and Operations to join their esteemed team in Sandton . This role operates on a hybrid model, requiring active engagement both in the office and remotely. You will be responsible for managing projects that enhance financial systems, streamline operational processes, and support strategic business objectives. The adecuado candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of financial operations, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals, ensuring successful implementation of improvements within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of projects related to financial systems, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business needs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Collaborate closely with finance, operations, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless project integration.




- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing timely solutions.
- Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management , with a significant portion focused on finance and operations.
- Proven experience managing projects involving financial software implementation, process re-engineering, or operational upgrades.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and operational best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Comfort and capability working within a hybrid model in the Sandton area.
