Pencil is seeking a Senior Customer Success Technical Manager to lead one of our largest enterprise accounts, driving adoption, renewal success, and long-term growth. You will partner with the Head of Customer Success to design scalable onboarding, training programs and data-driven client strategies.
You will build relationships across business units, translate insights into actions, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to shape the roadmap.
