About The Role

Be the voice of our clients' businesses, helping their customers by phone, email and chat.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails and chats
- Resolve questions, orders and issues
- Log every interaction in the help desk or CRM
- Escalate complex cases to the right team
- Follow up to make sure customers are satisfied
- Keep up to date with products and policies

Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Advanced English (C1 or higher)



with clear pronunciation
- Empathy, patience and a problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable with help desk tools
- A quiet workspace, a headset and a reliable internet connection

Nice To Have
- Zendesk, Freshdesk or Gorgias
- Experience in e-commerce or with US customers

English Level

Advanced (C1 or higher), with clear pronunciation

Schedule

Full time, US business hours
