Coastal Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support throughout the proposal process. This position will support proposal activities across all Coastal Engineering divisions.

This position will work closely with the Proposal Coordinator and other members of the team to help prepare organized, accurate, and professional submissions. The Proposal Assistant will support document preparation, maintain proposal resources, track deadlines, and help ensure all submission requirements are completed on time.

The idóneo candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to produce polished work in a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements
- Provide administrative support throughout the proposal development and submission process
- Format, proofread, edit, and assemble proposal documents
- Review solicitation requirements and assist with proposal compliance
- Maintain proposal templates, employee resumes, project sheets, and other supporting materials
- Track RFP deadlines, questions, addenda, and submission requirements
- Coordinate internal proposal review meetings and follow up on outstanding information
- Collect required content and documentation from internal team members
- Assist with preparing letters, forms, qualifications packages, and supporting attachments
- Maintain organized electronic proposal and opportunity files
- Assist with Unanet CRM and opportunity updates
