This is not an exploit development role. It's about structured adversarial reasoning - mapping how attacks unfold, where defenses break down, and how risk propagates across complex environments. No AI background needed. Just deep, hands-on security knowledge and the ability to communicate it clearly.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze attack paths, kill chains, and adversary strategies across realistic, production-style environments
- Identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and defensive gaps in modeled systems
- Review and evaluate red-team-style scenarios and intrusion narratives for accuracy and completeness
- Generate, label, and validate adversarial reasoning data used to train and benchmark AI systems
- Clearly articulate attack chains, potential impact, and risk tradeoffs in structured formats
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments - fully on your own schedule

Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in pentesting, red teaming, or a blue-team role with strong offensive knowledge
- Deep understanding of how real attacks unfold in production environments - not just theory
- Able to map attacker decision-making across compl
