Howard is seeking a hands-on Systems Support Analyst to own the first line of response, triage tickets as they arrive, and route issues to the right humans. You'll work with our IT Operations Manager and grow into configuration and automation tasks while embracing AI tools to speed troubleshooting.
You’ll support Google Workspace, Slack, JSM, Notion, QBO, Ramp, Payra, Stripe, and related client operations platforms.
