About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize operational improvement opportunities across the business.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong focus on strategic projects and transformations.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with change management methodologies is highly desirable.
