We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and AI-forward Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage our technology projects, keep our learning platforms running seamlessly,



and power the marketing engine that brings students to them.

This role suits someone with a broad technical fluency who thrives on coordination, troubleshooting, and hands‑on building. You don't need to be a professional developer, but you do need to be comfortable using tech tools to design, prototype, and ship real solutions.

The position will be based at the Buenos Aires office with a hybrid work model.

What You’ll Do

Platform & Systems Management
- Tech project management: Manage technology‑related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
- LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash): Own the day‑to‑day health of our WordPress‑based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
