We need an English-fluent Sales Development Representative , based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and prospecting.
- Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest.
- Prospect new business opportunities through warm and cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
- Communicate the company's value proposition to prospective customers.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the nonprofit and education sectors.
- Identify, develop, and expand relationships with schools, school districts, educational organizations, and nonprofits.
- Help secure school book fairs and develop new opportunities within the education market.
- Coordinate logistics related to book fairs and school events.
- Drive book sales within the K-12 and educational markets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of outbound campaigns.
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare presentations and supporting materials for client meetings.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop customer success stories and references.

Requirements:
- Full English proficiency is essential.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, communications, or marketing.
- Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
