Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design complex, large-scale mechanical systems, defining the overall system structure, component interactions, and performance requirements.
- Lead critical technical investigations and problem-solving efforts for the most challenging engineering issues, developing innovative and robust solutions.




- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and best practices.
- Develop and implement advanced simulation strategies (e.g., multi-physics, reliability) to thoroughly validate system designs and performance predictions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product management, and R&D; to shape the technical roadmap and define future system architectures.
- Champion innovation and the adoption of new technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related advanced engineering field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in mechanical systems engineering, with a strong track record of leading complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Demonstrated expertise in system architecture, design for reliability, and mechanical system integration.
- Mastery of advanced CAD/CA
