The Senior Fullstack Developer defines organization-wide development standards, leads architectural decisions, and drives technical excellence. Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Technical Leadership:
- Create libraries of reusable components, own and evolve design systems, and set development conventions.
- Define and enforce best practices, review pull requests for maintainability and quality, and challenge existing approaches.
- Provide coaching and technical mentorship, identify and address issues in code versioning, local execution, and builds.
- Generate refactoring strategies understanding impact,



estimating execution time, and mitigating risks.
- Design operational plans and runbooks, capture metrics, define operational alerts, and maintain environment oversight.
- Define data interaction patterns and caching strategies, ensure integration tolerance and appropriate failure handling.
- Lead performance strategy, monitoring, and optimization with SLA understanding and tactical/strategic solutions.
- Define framework and library usage standards across the organization.
