Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Indirect Channel Supervisor for the Southern Region, based in Buenos Aires or Santiago. You will lead distributor relationships, shape GTM execution, and drive compliance and governance across Argentina, Chile, and neighboring countries.
The role requires 5+ years in sales or distributor management within regulated environments. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, ensure regulatory adherence, and deliver sustainable growth.
