YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define the vision and multi-year strategy for research acceleration across the early breeding pipeline, framing where faster learning creates durable competitive advantage and translating this into a prioritized portfolio against the highest-value constraints in cycle time, genetic gain, decision quality, and product delivery;
- Establish how the organization formulates and answers research questions by setting standards for hypothesis-driven design, decision-ready evidence, and disciplined scale, pivot, or stop decisions so that rapid iteration becomes the default operating rhythm rather than a collection of individual projects;
- Shape the enabling-technology agenda across accelerated breeding, genomics, phenotyping, predictive analytics, automation, and digital workflows, directing investment and partnerships toward the capabilities that will differentiate the pipeline;
