Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or MBA.
- Over 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion as an HR Business Partner.
- Demonstrated success in influencing senior management and driving strategic HR initiatives.
- Expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in a complex, matrixed organizational structure.
