We're looking for an experienced Information Management (IM) Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute Information Management activities across major capital projects from early project development through operational handover.
This role combines Information Management, Engineering Document Control, Data Governance, and Project Coordination, working closely with project leadership, engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and digital advisors to ensure high quality information throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead Information Management activities throughout the full Major Capital Project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement Information Management execution strategies and governance processes.
- Coordinate document control, engineering data management, and contractor information exchange.
- Define Information Management requirements, project deliverables, and contract documentation.
- Manage collaboration platforms and ensure accurate and timely information sharing.
- Support asset information management, systems completion, and operational handover activities.




- Ensure compliance with Information Management standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Partner with project teams, engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Management, Engineering Document Control, or Engineering Information Management.
- Strong understanding of Information Management principles and governance practices.
- Hands on experience managing engineering documentation and project information.
- Knowledge of Engineering Data Management and Asset Information Management processes.
- Familiarity with contractor information exchange and project information deliverables.
- Experience supporting engineering, construction, or major capital projects.
- Proficiency with document management and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
