About the Role

You will be responsible for optimizing trading positions to maximize profitability while adhering to strict risk parameters. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and refine trading strategies for electricity, natural gas, and other energy commodities.
- Manage and mentor a team of energy traders and market analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements
