Business Analyst | Microsoft Dynamics 365

Join a leading technology company as a Business Analyst specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. You'll be the bridge between the client's business stakeholders and the technical team, making sure business needs become effective Dynamics solutions.

12-month project

What you'll do
- Lead workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows and functional specifications for the development team
- Propose out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions to minimize custom development
- Map current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processes
- Define acceptance criteria,



create test cases and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Keep constant communication with the client, managing expectations and sharing project updates

Must have
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Functional Consultant
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 or higher)

Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales or ERP modules
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-230)
