As an Incubation Research Specialist II, you'll join a newly established research and incubation capability within Integral Program, helping transform emerging ideas into evidence-based solutions that improve outcomes for children, youth, families, and churches around the world. Incubation is how Compassion explores unmet needs, develops promising concepts, rigorously tests them in real-world settings, and determines whether they should be expanded for greater impact.
This is not a traditional research role. You'll work at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and practical ministry application, partnering with diverse stakeholders across the globe to explore complex questions, facilitate meaningful conversations, and evaluate new approaches that could shape the future of child development programming.

What will you do?
- Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion's ministry in prayer.
- Act as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understand Christ's mandate to protect children. Commit to and prioritize child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion's Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion's internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur.
