We are looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Meta Media Buyer who doesn't just launch campaigns, but understands why data shifts, how to diagnose account performance by funnel stage, and how to execute precise optimizations that directly protect profitability.
Role Overview
As a Meta Media Buyer, you will take end-to-end ownership of client ad accounts. You won't just be executing setups or pulling surface-level reports. You will analyze account trends, isolate tracking discrepancies, diagnose creative/audience fatigue, and execute concrete scaling strategies.
You will work directly in the backend of Meta Ads Manager, connecting ad performance (hook rates, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to client backend economics (MER, CVR, AOV).
Key responsibilities include:
- Account Ownership & Optimization: Architect, launch,



and actively manage Meta campaigns (ABO/CBO setups, Advantage+, cost caps/bid caps, consolidation strategies) tailored to budget scale.
- Data Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Move beyond high-level metrics. Identify specific root causes for performance shifts (e.g., distinguishing between creative fatigue, landing page conversion drop-offs, tracking pixel gaps, or audience saturation).
- Creative Testing Frameworks: Evaluate creative performance past surface-level vanity metrics. Analyze hooks, hold rates, and angles to give actionable, data-backed feedback for new creative iterations.
- Attribution & Incrementality: Compare platform-reported conversions against backend data (Shopify, CRMs, Triple Whale, GA4) to spot over-attribution and evaluate true incremental impact.
- Strategic Client Communication: Present direct, concise hypotheses and recommendations to U.S.-based clients and internal growth leads.
