About the Role
We’re looking for a technically-minded Marketing Technology Specialist based out of Latin America to help scale the systems, data, and automation that power lifecycle marketing across the Havenly family of brands. This role balances hands-on support for daily campaign execution and QA with ownership of the technology behind it—including Braze and Klaviyo configuration, customer data, AI-powered workflows, and marketing automation. Success means making our lifecycle program more scalable, reliable, and efficient.
What You'll Own
- Build, configure, and maintain lifecycle campaigns and automated customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and web popups.
