This position requires working in tandem with cross-functional teams to deliver projects with real impact that drive business expansion and digital innovation. Responsibilities
- Take the lead on analyzing and documenting business requirements for digital transformation projects, with particular focus on eCommerce platforms or CMS solutions
- Connect with vital stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors, to grasp business objectives and turn them into functional and technical specifications
- Carry out in-depth process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to enhance digital workflows, customer journeys, and business operations




- Ensure ongoing alignment between business objectives and technology solutions through close collaboration with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners
- Evaluate and document current systems, processes, and data flows to uncover opportunities for improvement or automation
- Direct the development of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for projects operating in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Contribute to and shape the roadmap for digital transformation initiatives, keeping scalability, performance, and user experience at the forefront
- Conduct risk assessments and clearly relay the potential impact of changes to stakeholders
- Run workshops, presentations, and meetings to gather input, align on project goals, and deliver ongoing progress reports
- Support testing efforts, confirming that business requirements are satisfied through comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assuranc
