Concordia Hospital in Winnipeg seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing services under supervision of Health Services Manager. The role includes independent nursing tasks, administration of treatments, and coordination of patient care with the care team.
The successful candidate will join the N3E-Medicine unit, work in a rotating schedule including days, nights, and weekends, and participate in discharge planning while maintaining compliance with PHIA
