Description
The Solution Design Manager - Pharma Drug Launch role within the Full-Service Commercial team is responsible for driving the development of select pitches, engaging with business unit (BU) partners to collect and collate relevant materials, creating client-facing content, and supporting special projects. Solution Design Managers are aligned to a Functional Lead, Go-to-Market, NOD, or a Special Project. The Managers are expected to devote at least 50% of their capacity supporting the area or Lead to which they are aligned. The remaining capacity should be spent on driving select pitches and follow-up activities, special projects, and personal development. Solution Design Managers are also responsible for supporting continuous improvement efforts in their aligned area, within cross-department workstreams, or on a special project.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive the development of select pitches to which the Senior Solution Design Manager is assigned as Senior Coordinator, including setting a development timeline, creating consistent BU-facing communications, facilitating BU meetings and subject matter expert (SME) interview
