About The Role
¿Te apasiona la organización, la gestión administrativa y brindar una excelente experiencia a colaboradores y visitantes? Estamos buscando un/a Assistente de Establishment para brindar soporte integral a nuestra oficina en Argentina, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones, la coordinación de proveedores, la gestión administrativa y el apoyo a iniciativas de engagement y comunicación interna.
Key responsibilities
- Serás el principal punto de contacto para la administración y operación diaria de la oficina de Argentina, asegurando una experiencia positiva para colaboradores, clientes, visitantes y proveedores.
- Coordinarás los servicios generales de la oficina, incluyendo mantenimiento, limpieza, suministros, mensajería, telefonía y gestión de instalaciones.
- Gestionarás la relación con proveedores externos, asegurando la continuidad de los servicios y el cumplimiento de los estándar
