What You'll Do
Decision Analytics Leads deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. Leads possess unstructured problem-solving skills as well as strong analytics, synthesis, and communication skills. Leads may work on multiple projects simultaneously. As Leads advance in their career,



they specialize in a particular industry, practice area, and/or client relationship.
- Partner directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into data and analytics solutions.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly documented, prioritized, and communicated throughout project execution.
- Analyze, structure, and validate data requirements to support solution design and decision-making.
