When you join our Hotels team, that's exactly what you'll do every time you come to work As an Store Receiver , you're not just supporting the hotel's financial operations - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
- Review purchase requests from the Kitchen and Food &Beverage; departments.
- Source products from approved suppliers based on price, quality, and service.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of all details.
- Obtain required approvals and signatures for purchase orders.
- Submit purchase orders and supporting documentation to Accounts Payable in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on pending pruchase requests from Hotel departments.
- Prioritize requests based on operational urgency and budget availability.




- Coordinate with supplies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
