Job Description

Your Profile:

- College Level or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Knows basic MS Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint.
- Great focus in accuracy, completeness, and customer service .
- Analytical, independent, versátil, deadline oriented, ability to multi-task.
- Can adapt quickly to new situations, enjoy working in a team and customer oriented.
- Travel within Philippines is required.

Your Responsibilities:
- Supports the Logistics Supervisor in day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Ensures timely receiving of delivered goods / commodities.
- Ensures compliance to warehouse protocols / GWP / GMP at all times.
- Ensures to maintain inventory accuracy of all materials in the warehouse by following inventory management and control processes and activities.
- Assists the Logistics Supervisor in inspecting warehouse tools, machinery, and forklifts to ensure safe operation.
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and report hazards immediately.
