Role Overview

We are seeking articulate, empathetic, and detail-oriented Bilingual Exit Interviewers & Insights Specialists located in Argentina or Costa Rica to join a high-volume employee retention and workforce analytics initiative over an initial 90-day project term.

In this seat, you will conduct live, voice-based exit interviews with departing employees across various corporate client organizations. Your core responsibility is to facilitate open, insightful conversations in Spanish (or English), surface root-cause retention insights, and translate complex qualitative feedback into structured, clear, and actionable English analytical reports. Combining natural curiosity with high organization, you will maintain meticulous call tracking logs in Excel, ensuring that valuable workforce feedback is captured with precision and zero bias.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Exit Interview Execution

Voice-Based Interviews: Conduct structured, live voice interviews in Spanish (and English as required) with departing client employees, creating a confidential and neutral environment that encourages candid feedback.

Proactive Inquiry & Discovery: Apply natural curiosity and conversational tact to probe beyond surface-level responses, identifying root drivers behind employee turnover, organizational culture gaps, and management feedback.

2. Translation & Executive Insights Reporting

Bilingual Translation: Accurately translate Spanish interview dialogue into polished, executive-ready English narrative reports and summaries without losing context or emotional nuance.

Structured Analytics Entry: Summarize qualitative interview data into standard report structures, ensuring key themes, exit reasons,



and sentiment indicators are clearly classified.

3. Data Hygiene & Project Administration

Excel Call Tracking: Maintain real-time, pristine call logs and tracking spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel—recording contact attempts, interview completion statuses, and disposition notes.

Process Compliance: Adhere strictly to project interview guidelines, schedule protocols, and client confidentiality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Geographic Location: Must be based in Argentina or Costa Rica (a neutral accent is required and high conversational compatibility with North American clients).

Bilingual Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written command of both Spanish and English (ability to conduct live interviews fluidly in Spanish and author high-level business reports in English).

Interpersonal & Listening Skills: Strong conversational presence, active listening ability, and emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive HR conversations with separating staff.

Organizational Discipline: Meticulous tracking skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for high-volume record management.

Preferred Qualifications

Background or degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Corporate Communications, or Executive Research.

Interview Completion Rate: Meeting weekly targets for completed live exit interviews against assigned call lists.
