Compensation Range: up to ₱55,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide timely and professional technical support to internal users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, network, and server-related issues.
Record, track, monitor, escalate, and close incidents and service requests through the Service Desk system, ensuring compliance with established support processes.
Deliver desktop and end-user support, including PC diagnostics, problem tracking, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, update, maintain, and repair IT equipment, including PCs, printers, switches, servers, copiers, and other network-connected devices.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for servers, network infrastructure, and other IT systems as required.
Deploy new computers, manage PC replacements and rollouts, and maintain accurate IT asset inventories, records, and loaner equipment.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams and coordinate with IT managers and team leads to prioritize incidents and service requests.
Work with IT vendors, suppliers, and the Purchasing team to evaluate, source, and procure IT hardware, network equipment, and related resources.
Support employee onboarding, IT orientation, and end-user training to ensure users can effectively access and operate required systems and equipment.
Provide technical support for manufacturing systems and help ensure IT operations comply with organizational policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience supporting LAN, network infrastructure, servers, and personal computers.
At least 1 year of experience working with networking technologies and Microsoft-based systems.
At least 1 year of experience supporting Active Directory and servers in a production environment.
Experience using Service Desk or IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow.
Experience supporting wired and wireless network environments, including network design and implementation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, domain account administration, and DHCP.
Experience configuring and supporting end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and iOS/Android mobile devices.
Strong hands-on experience in network and infrastructure support, including LAN/WLAN environments, servers, switches, VoIP systems, wireless access points, and printing devices.
Ability to deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers and network-connected peripherals.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a patient, customer-focused, and service-oriented approach.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant industry certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments involving Dell servers, VxRail, Nutanix, Cisco Catalyst 9300 switches, and Cisco VoIP solutions.
Experience supporting IT operations in manufacturing environments.
Experience coordinating with third-party IT vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement, troubleshooting, and technical support.

IT Asset Management: Hardware deployment, inventory control, PC rollouts, asset documentation, and loaner equipment management.
