All About the Role:

Electrolux Group's Sales teams take a holistic approach to commercial customer relationships, identifying and leveraging opportunities throughout the consumer journey, with a strong focus on in-store conversion and e-commerce.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Local Category Manager you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for the category under their responsibility (Major Domestic Appliances) and, ensuring the achievement of volume, market share, and profitability targets. Leads the development and implementation of category management plans, including product launches, innovation initiatives, and commercial strategies based on a deep understanding of consumers, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Works cross-functionally to drive category growth, ensuring the effective execution of strategies and the continuous identification of business opportunit
