About Us

Tire Capital is an investment firm driving innovation in the $60B U.S. replacement tire market through technology and disruptive business models. Since 2020, Tire Capital has built and acquired a portfolio of tire-focused e-commerce, trading, and wholesale businesses and is now entering a phase of rapid expansion. The leadership team brings deep operational and technical expertise from hedge funds, consulting, private equity, and healthcare, with a shared commitment to building agile, tech-forward platforms that outperform traditional private equity models.

One of our core portfolio companies, Tires Easy, is a scaled e-commerce platform focused on the replacement tire market, with deep capabilities across tire sourcing, pricing, logistics, and fulfillment. Building on this foundation, we launched Garage Hub, a new subsidiary focused on the auto parts aftermarket, designed to leverage Tires Easy's infrastructure and ecosystem expertise while building a dedicated platform for rapid supplier onboarding and category expansion.

Together,

Tires Easy and Garage Hub represent a diversified and growing automotive aftermarket platform, operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, accountability, and disciplined growth. We are building a team capable of owning results, scaling complex businesses, and driving execution across a multi-entity platform.

Summary

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Senior Operations Manager owns the end-to-end order fulfillment experience for Garage Hub — from the moment an order is transmitted to a supplier through delivery at the customer's door — and is responsible for managing the supplier performance and order execution that sit behind it.

Beyond running the day-to-day, this person will take on special projects and cross-functional strategic initiatives alongside the Managing Director, moving the organization from reactive problem-solving to proactive risk management
