Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced local Channel Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies within the Argentina market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local traditional lock, smart lock, or general hardware industries, with an established network of distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners. You will play a pivotal role in building our channel ecosystem from the ground up in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
1、Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard tier-1 and tier-2 distributors, wholesalers, and specialized retail partners within the hardware and door lock sectors.




2、Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement localized sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for Imou's smart lock product lines.
3、Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key channel partners, providing them with necessary product training, sales enablement, and marketing support.
4、Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics. Provide continuous feedback to the HQ to help optimize product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
5、Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to contract closing and post-sales relationship management.
6、Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the general marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and promotional campaigns in the local market.
