About the Client

Our client builds foundational technology and operational capabilities for organizations in sectors including AI, venture capital, healthcare, and infrastructure. Its work spans systems architecture, platform engineering, mission-critical infrastructure, and embedded strategy and operations for investment firms.

In this role, you'll work closely with a real estate client, supporting the Yardi platform used by its property management,



development, and corporate teams. The client's teams rely on Yardi for property operations, accounting, budgeting, reporting, and related workflows across a multifamily portfolio.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Yardi Support Analyst to provide advanced application support to property management, development, and corporate teams.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines escalated troubleshooting with Yardi configuration, user support and training, reporting, and platform improvement. You will also contribute to Yardi implementations and reimplementations, support connected applications, and work with business and finance teams to ensure the platform meets operational and reporting needs.
