Main Purpose
Lead the end-to-end governance of the María Eugenia Plant transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment, prioritization,
execution, and value capture across projects, continuous improvement initiatives, digitalization, innovation, and investment programs. Act as the integrator between business strategy and operational execution, providing a single, consolidated view of the portfolio and enabling sound decision-making to maximize plant results through disciplined management of priorities, resources, risks, dependencies, and benefits. The role is accountable for the success of the governance, portfolio implementation, and transformation model established for the María Eugenia Site.
Your mission will be to:
- Manage the María Eugenia Plant PMO and consolidate an integrated view of all strategic initiatives aimed at delivering €10M in cost savings over the next five years.
- Ensure portfolio prioritization and alignment with business objectives, the Product Supply strategy, and the plant transformation vision.
