About the Role
As an A/R & Owner Statement Accountant, you will own the revenue cycle from reservation through owner payout.
You'll be responsible for reconciling booking revenue and channel deposits in Guesty and QuickBooks Online, maintaining accurate separation between trust and operating activity, and producing the monthly owner statements our homeowners rely on.
Owner deadlines are critical, and this role plays a key part in ensuring they are met accurately and on time. You'll work closely with the Accounting Manager and support clean, accurate, auditable financials that meet the high standards of the Collective.
