SDR at Handoff
Be the first SDR hire at our fast-growing startup, laying the groundwork for a scalable, high-impact sales development motion. You will own both inbound qualification and outbound prospecting, identifying ICP-fit leads and guiding them through the early stages of the buyer journey. Your success will help drive pipeline growth and shape the future of the SDR function at the company. High performers in this role will grow into Account Executive positions.
What you'll do
- Demonstrate expertise and comprehensive understanding of our product, it’s features, and it’s core value proposition.
- Leverage your product knowledge to drive user engagement, activation, and conversion from the Trial period into subscribers.
- Guide Users through specific actions and features within the product that are correlated with conversion success (Activation).
- Provide personalized support and guidance to help Users maximize the value they derive from the product during the trial period.
- Actively monitor user progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers to Activation.
- Conduct quick and compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of individual Users.
- Facilitate subscription starts by guiding Users through the payment process over the phone or through online channels.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets while maintaining a high level
